Outdoor activities like walking, jogging, and bike riding make staying physically fit an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, fun in the sun can quickly morph into pain if you don’t remain hydrated. In addition to potentially inducing a dangerous illness like heat stroke, dehydration is oftentimes the cause of sudden muscle cramps. Avoid muscle discomfort when you are outdoors by drinking lots of fluid two hours prior to exercising and by drinking regularly throughout your work-out.
